What is our main service area?
Our main service area is Sidney, Saanich, and Victoria region. If you are located outside of these areas, please don’t hesitate to call us, as we may be able to accomodate.
What are our payment options?
We accept cash, credit/debit, and cheque.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We would greatly appreciate more than 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel a job/quote. This helps us keep our work schedule in check. Cancelling outside 24 hours will not incur a fee, but if you need to cancel under 24 hours, a small fee will be charged.
Do you charge a shopping fee?
Our techs will arrive on site and give an approximate cost for your job. If they need to pick up materials, this time will be charged at an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials.
How do you charge?
All projects include a callout fee and a minimum 1-hour charge. Chargeable hours include discussing work, setting up the work area, picking up materials (if required), general work, cleaning the site, and putting away tools. Please contact us to get our up-to-date rates.
All our work is covered by a 12 month labour guarantee.
